Certificate Change Option

In lieu of refunds, we offer the option to change the selected certificate template or package to another of equal value. Users may request a change within a specified time frame after purchase.

Cancelled Subscriptions

Non-Transferable Subscriptions

Refunds will not be provided for certificate templates or online access to our app’s features. Once access details have been provided, the purchase is considered final.

Refund Turnaround Time

In cases where a refund is approved, the processing time for crediting the amount to the customer's bank account is 5-7 working days.
